Q. Is ordering online secure?
A. Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means). The secure server that hosts the website, encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. During the encryption process, information is scrambled into small bits of code that cannot be read as they travel to us over the Internet. Once we receive the encrypted information, we use a private, one-of-a-kind key to decode it.
All of the information you provide during the ordering process is restricted to our staff, and we make sure that all of our online team is up-to-date on our security and privacy policies. Q. How do I place an order?
A. Online Ordering at premierpdi.com is very easy. Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the top-right corner (Basket Logo) of the screen and click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button. You will then be transferred to our secure server and asked to either create a new account or place an order without an account. You may then enter your Billing & Shipping address and payment information and make the payment online through your Debit / Credit cards or Net-Banking . That's it!
Your order will be delivered to your home within 7 working days (Excluding Sunday and public holidays). If you need any assistance you may give us call on 01628 507567 or chat online with us (Please enter your name and email id to start an instant chat with our customer service advisor.)
Q. What are your shipping and handling rates?
A. Shipping and handling rates vary depending on the destination and weight box size of the order. if your orders are above INR 2000/- We provide Free Shipping within India only. if your orders are below ` 2000/- there will be a minimum shipping charge of `90/- per order or depending upon the item weight.
Q. How will my order be delivered to me?
A. Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies India Postel Service at your doorstep.
Q. How will I know if order is placed successfully?
A. Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email from us. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed onlin after loggin into your account to (My Account >> My Dashboard) if you have placed the order on your own online.
Q. I tried placing order using my credit / debit card but it isn't working. Can you help me place an order?
A. Yes, if your Debit / Credit card isn't working. We also accept telephonic orders. You can deposit the money in our Company’s Bank Account. Please call on our Customer Support numbers for further details.
Q. I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?
A. Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by the bank within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details. If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate a refund within 15 days of your request.
Q. How do I check the status of my order?
A. Your order status is updated to you via emails on every step ( On Request ). Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. In case of any unforeseen events which delays your order you would receive a special update from our end or you can call our customer care for airway bill number and details .
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. If you wish to cancel your order, you need to get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.
If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same.
Q. What if I have received a defective items?
A. Defective Items may be returned for a replacement or full credit. They must be reported and returned within 15days of the invoice date. To report a defective Items, please contact our Customer Service department using the information provided at the top of this page.
Q. Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?
A. In order to place a bulk order please drop a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you.
Q. How do I do a trial of the product I purchased?
A. Trial of the product is not allowed , once the packaging is open it will not be replaced . For more information please check our Return policies.
Q. Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
A. Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.
